Men's Basketball Falls To Lindsey Wilson College

COLUMBIA, Ky. - Junior forward Jauries Thomas scored a team-high 19 points, but the WVU Tech men's basketball team came up short at Lindsey Wilson College (Ky.), losing 108-52 on the road Friday night.
Tech falls to 8-8 while Lindsey Wilson improves to 8-5 this season.
Thomas' 19-point night was his 15th time scoring in double-digits for the Golden Bears this season. Thomas finished the game 6-for-15 from the field including going 6-for-10 from the foul line.
Junior guard Jaren Marino added eight points and four rebounds. Freshman Ra'Shaud Kincaid scored six points while grabbing six boards and dishing out a team-high four assists.
Senior forward Armond Perez and sophomore guard Cam Powell chipped in six and five points respectively. Perez finished with nine rebounds.
The team will return to action in the new year, January 4. The Golden Bears will face Bluefield College (Va.) in South Charleston, W. Va. at the South Charleston Community Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
