Congratulations Ridgewood Cross Country! October 17, 2011

The RHS Cross Country Team competed in the conference meet at Elmwood Park on Saturday. Congratulations to Junior Alex Sanchez who ran the 3 mile varsity race in 18 minutes 6 seconds. That's a PR for him on that course! Junior Steven Wrobel competed the 3 mile varsity race in 18:49, & Senior Dan Doherty finished the last conference race of his career in 20:12. On the girls side, Senior Katherine Rola finished the 3 mile varsity race in 22:43, Senior Lissette Lopez finished in 24 flat and Senior Dagmara Kocon finished in 24:20. The Rebels compete in the regional race this Saturday. GO REBEL CROSS COUNTRY!
