5/16/2012 - Class Elections
Class elections for the 2012-2013 school year will take place on Friday, May 18th during all lunches. Remember to vote on Friday during lunch. [T. Parrillo]

WRHS is on cable box channel 19 and digital channel 80.5 Thursdays from 7 PM to 8 PM in the suburbs. Thursday, May 17h at 7 PM should be the children's show Drawing With Mark. Episode 5 is part two of "The Zoo." Then at 7:30 PM is episode 2 of The Indie Music Video Show Season 2 V 19. WRHS: All Real. All Now. All Rebels. [K. Szaflik]
5/15/2012 - College Visit
The Student Service office is organizing a college visit to The University of Chicago. The event will take place on Tuesday May 29, 2012. We will depart from Ridgewood at approximately 8:15 AM and return at approximately 1:30 PM. While on the campus, students will receive a guided tour, an information session, and will eat lunch in the college cafeteria. You must be a junior in good academic standing to attend the field trip. Interested students should pick up a field trip form from Lori Freese in the Student Service Office - Room 137. The field trip form needs to be completed and returned to Ms. Freese no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 23rd. The first 20 juniors to hand in a completed form will attend the trip. Students attending the field trip should bring $10 in cash on the day of the trip in order to purchase lunch on campus. Please meet in the cafeteria at 8:00 AM on the morning of the trip. If you have any questions, see Ms. Corvo or Ms. Sider in the Student Service Office. [K. Corvo]
5/14/2012 - Football Camp paperwork
Attention All Football Players.... Please make sure that you turn in your summer football camp forms and money to Coach Zack or the Athletic office before the end of the school year. Please do not wait until the last day to complete your forms. Also, please remember to turn in your Rebel Pledge, Parent Permission, and Physical forms to Coach Zack before the end of the school year as well. Lets make sure to have all of the necessary paper work turned in prior to school ending. Any questions, see Coach Zack. [C. Zack]

Attention all football players....please remember that the final day to order your Team Football Spikes is May 29th. 5/11/2012 - RHS Bands present the Pops Concert
On Tuesday, May 22nd at 7 PM in the gym, your friends in band will present the "Pops" Concert, totally free with refreshments as well! Come see them perform popular songs such as "Zoot Suit Riot", "25 or 6 to 4", music from "Fantasia" and Bugs Bunny Cartoons, music from "Grease" and "The Blues Brothers", and then combine for a special finale that you won't want to miss! 5/11/2012 - Rotary Interact 5K Race
On Sunday, May 20th at 9:00 AM, the Rotary Interact will be sponsoring a 5K race in Norridge to benefit Alopecia Areata. Sign up forms can be found on the RHS homepage. Cost of the race is only $20 and includes a t-shirt. Come and run and help a great cause. See you then! [J. Lee]
5/4/2012 - Spring Play
The Ridgewood High School Drama Club and Thespian Troupe 6662 Proudly present: Twelfth Night, by William Shakespeare. You know the story: Duke meets girl who swears off love but falls in love with a young man, who is really a woman, who is in love with the duke, who is in love with the woman who has sworn off love but... Never mind. It's a love story. It's a comedy. It's Shakespeare. May 17th, 18th and 19th on the Front Lawn. Tickets are $3 for students and seniors, $5 adults. Thanks, and hope to see you there! [J.
