Big Week for Cardinal Wrestling

As the varsity prepares for a big tournament this week at BBE on Friday the following week will be the busiest for Willmar Wrestling.  On Monday, December 3rd the Willmar Middle School tournament will take place at Willmar High School.  This tournament typically hosts 12-13 teams from around west central Minnesota.  On Friday, December 7, the Johannes Agency Cardinal Classic will take place in the "Big Red Gym."  Whistle blows at 4:30 as Willmar tries to defend the team title they won last year over the KMS Fighting Saints.  Finally, on Saturday, December 8th, the Little Cardinal wrestlers will take to the mat as Willmar Wrestling host the Rambow Open.  Start time is 11:00.  If any volunteers are interested contact Takedown Club President, Tim Kremer at timkremer@charter.net.  Thank you to the Willmar Takedown Club and wrestling volunteers!
