Pack Mercy Rules AAA North Atlanta 13-3

Our boys are playing great going into spring break.  We’ve had back to back games against a AAA team where we gave up only 3 runs, which just doesn’t happen very often in high school ball.  Harrison pitched great Monday night going 6 innings and giving up no earned runs.  Neil started Tuesday’s game at home and went 4 innings giving up no earned runs and Charles throwing heat, 1 inning, eleven pitches, 9 of which were strikes and 2 K’s came in Tuesday to close out the game.  Neil has pitched in 4 games and is 3-0 as a pitcher this year.  The offense came alive tonight.  Brian 2 for 3 with a walk 3 RBI’s and 3 runs scored (big 2 out, 2 strike bases clearing double to break open a close game in the 3^rd); Harrison (who batting in the clean-up slot) is on fire at the plate the last couple of games) 2 for 2 with a walk 2 RBI’s & 3 runs scored; Sam starting in left 2 for 2, 1 RBI, 1 run scored plus he had a great running catch in left field to prevent a run from scoring; Roc 1 for 2 with a walk, 1 RBI & 1 run scored; Max 1 for 2 with a walk, 1 RBI and 2 runs scored; Nick reached on an error, walked, 2 RBI’s & 1 run scored; Zack sacrifice bunt, walk, RBI and run scored; Cam started in right field run had a run scoring walk and run scored; Tyler had a great single and ran the bases aggressively as always!   The pre-season is over.  Next week we start region play on a winning note!  Go Pack!!!!
