NC Runners. com Coaches Poll # 5

West Stokes fell totally out of the NC Runners.com coaches poll this week. This came after both the girls and boys finished third in the conference finals. Their total times did not compare well with the times of the other 2A schools. But in fairness to the Wildcats, they performed on a much tougher course than several of the other schools that have been rated above them. This week is Regional week and the results this week will make a big impact on the polls. Good Luck West Stokes.
