Warriors Rally to Defeat Chargers

By Tom Schermerhorn of West Noble High SchoolThe West Noble Chargers had the visiting Westview Warriors down 30-18 at half as the Chargers outplayed and outhustled the #3 ranked Warriors. But the Warriors came out with fire in their eyes the second half and rallied back to defeat the Chargers 62-56. The highlight of the night for the Chargers came in the first half when senior Dirk Ormsby caught an alley oop pass from Skylar Spencer for a reverse dunk. The Chargers were led in scoring by a couple of sophomores as Nick Thomas scored a career high 16 points and Nick Noe scored 13 points. Seniors Ted Fulk and Dirk Ormsby scored 11 and 7 respectively. The Chargers(5-10) are back in action next Saturday against the Northridge Raiders. JV game time is 1pm at West Noble.
