Nick Noe Signs to Indiana Tech
January 18, 2013By Tom Schermerhorn of West Noble High School
West Noble senior Nick Noe signed his letter of intent today to play baseball next year at NAIA powerhouse Indiana Tech. Noe, a 6'7" hard-throwing pitcher, chose Indiana Tech because of its strong academics, excellent baseball program, and proximity to home. The Warriors are coming off 4 consecutive years of winning the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference. Indiana Tech baseball coach Kip McWilliams knows that he has a good one in the 2 sport star. Coach McWilliams said that "Nick fits the profile of what we are looking for in a Tech student athlete....#1 he is a great student...#2 he is a quality person and #3 he is solid on the mound with an excellent work ethic." Noe is looking to study Energy Engineering at the Fort Wayne based school next Fall.
