Chargers Down Cougars, Warriors to Win Championship

By Tom Schermerhorn of West Noble High SchoolThe West Noble junior varsity boys basketball team was victorious on Saturday in a 4 way tourney held at West Noble. In the opening round, the Chargers defeated the Central Noble Cougars 36-26 behind Waylon Richardson's 15 points. Brandon Moser chipped in 9, Nik Risser added 7 and Tim Stohlman and Kyler Warble each added 2.
In the championship game, the Chargers defeated Westview 45-36. Brandon Moser broke loose for 20 points while Nik Risser added 10. Waylon Richardson also scored 7, Kyler Warble 5 and Tim Stohlman 3. The Chargers play well all morning according to Coach Derek Gilreath. Great job boys!
