Chargers Defeat Lakers in "C" Team Game

The West Noble C-team improved to 2-0 with a 40-14 win over Lakeland Monday night.  The strong Charger defense did not allow more than 4 points in any quarter as they jumped out to a 19-8 halftime lead and then put the game away with a 11-2 third quarter.   Paige Shearer lead the way with 14 points, Cara Groff and Brooke Lutton chipped in 6 each, Sandra Carrillo and Shawna Young 4 while Darby Allen, Becca Schermerhorn, and Priscila Ortiz added 2 each.
