Chargers Defeat Bremen to Remain Undefeated

The West Noble Chargers Boys Basketball team continued their winning ways by downing a determined Bremen Lions team 66-57.  The Chargers were led by Keith Gibson’s 25 points 9 rebounds, while Phil Miller added an impressive floor game with 13 points and 11 assists.  Drew Schermerhorn also added 10 first half points while Nick Noe scored 9, Armando Rosales 6 , Landon Stover 2 and Nick Thomas 1 for the Chargers.  The Chargers led by 20 points at halftime to bring their record to 4-0 on the season.  West Noble will take on the Churubusco Eagles on Saturday night to open NECC play.  JV tip off is 6pm.  Great job guys.

The Junior Varsity team also continued its winning ways by defeating Bremen in an exciting 67-62 overtime contest.  Waylon Richardson led the Chargers with 25 points while Brandon Moser chipped in 17 and Nik Risser 13.  Kyler Warble also added 5 points, Drew Wiley 4, Carl Hartwell 2, and Tyler Clouse 1.  The JV team is now 3-1 on the young season.  Keep it up guys!
