IHSAA Tip of the Week

October 8, 2012
By Tom Schermerhorn of West Noble High School

Are you a student-athlete who tries to learn from the past and prepare for the future?

Can you celebrate your successes for a short time and then focus on the task ahead, whether in the classroom or on the field of play?
