Chargers Shutout Blazers in Soccer

The 10th ranked West Noble Charger boys soccer team erupted for 14 goals on Tuesday night behind a 5 goal outburst by Uriel Macias and 4 more by fellow junior Abel Zamarripa.  The Chargers jumped out to a quick 5-0 halftime lead as they started off the NECC season with a 1-0 record.  1st year sophomore Chris Najera scored 2 goals while Jose Acevedo, Jesus Villa and Jorge Ibanez all scored one goal each.  Senior Emanuel Ibanez pitched a shutout for the Chargers with 4 saves.  The Chargers will be back in action on Tuesday as they take on the Angola Hornets.  The JV will play at 5pm while the Varsity will play at 6:30pm.  Good luck guys.
