Boys Track Finishes 4th at Sectional; Handshoe Wins Twice

Last night's boys track sectional held at Angola High School was a good night for the Chargers as they finished 4th on the evening.   Senior Kevin Handshoe was the highlight of the night for West Noble as he won the 1600 Meter race and came back later in the evening and outkicked his competitor for an 800 M Championship as well.  Jaden Kreft finished 3rd in the high jump for a chance to compete at the Fort Wayne Wayne Regional as well as JJ Weimer who finished 4th in the 1600.  Other regional qualifiers were the 3200 M Relay team (Arnold, Handshoe, Sheeley, and Weimer) and the 1600 M Relay team(Handshoe, Kreft, Moreno, and Murillo).  Good luck next Thursday at Wayne High School.
