Home » Girls' Softball NewsChargers Down Westview in SoftballApril 27, 2012 By Tom Schermerhorn of West Noble High SchoolThe West Noble softball team managed to hold off the Westview Warriors for a 2-1 victory over the host. The Chargers were led by a 3 hit pitching effort by Chelsea Risser and a solo homerun by sophomore Molly Marsh. Marsh's smash came in the fourth inning as she blasted the ball over the outfield fence. Risser and Marsh both had 2 hits while the other Charger hit was by Kelsie Peterson. The Chargers are off until May 1st when they will play the red hot Lakeland Lakers. That game will be at West Noble starting at 5pm.
