Chargers Fall in 8 Innings to Warriors

The West Noble baseball team lost a NECC heartbreaker to the Westview Warriors on Tuesday night.  The Chargers led 2-1 going into the bottom of the 7th before surrendering a run to force extra innings.  The Chargers received a strong pitching performance from Skylar Campbell, who threw 7 solid innings for the visitors while Cy Mikel and Korey Kendall each belted out 3 hits.  Jesus Luevano chipped in with 2 hits while Devon Halderman, Kevin Marsh, and Landon Stover each added a hit for West Noble.  The Chargers will be back in action on Thursday against the Churubusco Eagles.  That game will be at Busco.  Game time is 5pm.
