Eli Silverman-Lloyd had 19 pts, 8/10 fgs, 3 3pt and Wonder Smith had 18 pts for CMB, which clinched the C Pool with this win. Colin Bell had 10 pts, 7 rebs for Gamepoint.
Inland 88, Big Ballers 78
End-to-end action, tons of stats. Deshon Taylor scored 25 pts, all in the 2nd half, to lead Inland, and Eli Chuha had 17 pts, 10 rebs and 8 asts. Lonzo Ball almost got his triple-double by halftime (he was a rebound short) and finished with 16 pts, 12 rebs and an astounding 19 asts. LiAngelo Ball had 28 pts incl 6 three-pointers. And though the Big Ballers jumped out to an early 20-6 lead, Inland rallied, taking a lead at 49-47 and got the win to capture the C Pool title.
Team Superstar 61, Oklahoma Magic 49
Oklahoma jumped out to an early 9-0 lead, but after that it was all Team Superstar, which wrapped up the B Pool title with the win. Matt O'Reilly had 13 pts, Austin Armstead had 12, Marquese Chriss had 9 pts, 13 rebs and 4 blocks and point guard Noah Blackwell had 7 pts and 9 asts for the winners. Kemarrie Carter-Hatfield led Oklahoma with 11 pts.
SCA 69, BTI 45
SCA, which won the D pool, went on an early 18-0 run to take control of this first-round playoff game. Vance Jackson scored 14 pts, all in the 1st half as SCA built a 37-23 lead at the break. Jordan Cohen led BTI with 10 pts and 4 asts.
LA Rockfish 53, Branch West Elite 38
Christian Juzang scored 13 pts to lead the Rockfish to the first-round playoff win. Lindsey Drew and Rise Williams each scored 9 pts for the winners. Maurice Jones and Riley O'Hern each scored 11 pts for Branch West Elite.
