New State Law on Concussions will Impact Western Boone Student Athletes and Parents

Starting for the 2012 school year, all parents and student athletes must sign off on our concussion acknowledgment forms before an athlete can participate in a sport at the JR High or High School level at Western Boone. By signing the form, parents and student athletes will acknowledge that they have read the information presented to them on concussions. The information forms, and signature forms can be found at the bottom of this website under recent documents.
