GSA is sponsoring the "Day of Silence" on April 17th. Sign up with a GSA member or in the Diagnostic Center before school. April 15th is the last day to sign up and the last time to pick up the materials required for participation. See Mrs. Wasserman with any questions.
Attention all Spanish Honor Society candidates: There will be a meeting on Thursday, April 16th immediately after school in the back of the LRC. Attendance is mandatory. If you have any questions, please see one of the SHH sponsors.
The State & Nationally ranked Cardinal Dance Team will be holding Auditions for the 2015-2016 school year April 27-May 1 in the aux gym from 3:30-6:00pm. See Coach Castillo in the Main Office for more details. You MUST have an updated physical to try out!

Congratulations to the Eisenhower Band members who competed in the IHSA solo-ensemble contest at Reavis High School this past Saturday. The Eisenhower Band had 10 chamber ensembles perform and of the 10, five groups earned Division I ratings and five groups earned Division II ratings. This marks Eisenhower's best finish at the IHSA solo/ensemble contest in school history.
Congratulations to Benji (Bengee) for winning the Best in Show Award at this year's Moraine Valley High School Art Show. Bengee's piece was selected from a field of over 1000 works. Way to go Bengee!
Congratulations to senior Brianna Willis who competed at the National Speech and Debate Association's District Qualifier Tournament on Saturday. Brianna qualified in original oratory and will advance to the national speech tournament finals held in Dallas Texas this June.
A reminder that student parking is only allowed in the student parking lot by permit only. To park in the student lot your vehicle must have a valid parking permit displayed. Additional student parking on school property is only allowed in the diagonal parking spaces along Sacramento Ave SOUTH of the tennis court driveway gate entrance. No other lots or parking areas on school property are available for student parking. Students discovered parking in any other lot or on school property in a prohibited area may have their vehicle ticketed by the police or towed.
In order to take full advantage of any financial aid for college or career school that you might qualify for you must complete your FAFSA now. Please go to www.FAFSA.gov and use your 2013 tax information until you and your parents complete your 2014 tax forms. Assistance is available every Tuesday through the counseling department during the lunch periods but you must b ring you and your parents identification and financial information with you. Please see your counselor for more information.
