WICHITA WORD OF LIFE 79, WILLIAM CHRISMAN 43: The Bears suffered their second loss in the Kaminsky Classic at Joplin.

Wichita (Kan.) Word of Life led 49-23 at halftime and coasted the rest of the way.

Sophomore Dylan Cole’s 13 points paced the Bears (3-10). Mike Hobbs added eight. Chrisman hit nine 3-pointers to no avail.

Chrisman meets Francis Howell at 11 a.m. today in the seventh place game.
