WHS Girls Fall to Badin 0-2

The Waynesville H.S. girls soccer team fell Saturday night at Hamilton Badin by a final score of 2-0. The lady spartans kept the game close for the entire first half by playing strong defense and with great work by goalie Emily Gill. The score was tied at 0-0 going into halftime. The lady spartans continued to play strong defense until 15 minutes into the 2nd half when Badin scored their first goal of the game on a set play. Then later in the half Badin scored on a floater in front of the goal. 

The lady spartans had chances at goals but they ended the game shut out by the Badin Rams. The lady spartans finish a great season and set their sights on preparing for next year.
