West Hancock junior Shelby Koehler is The Athletic Center/Daily Gate City Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 23-29.

Koehler scored in double figures in four of the five games West Hancock played in the Beardstown Lady Tiger Classic.

Koehler had 14 points in a win over Beardstown and 10 points in a win over Unity. She also scored 10 points in a loss to West Central and led the Titans with 11 points in a win over Macomb.

Koehler finished with four points in a loss to Illini West.
