Warren East wins holiday tournament

Warren East High School's boys' basketball team won the Advanced Drainage Systems Holiday Tournament held December 27-29 in McLean County. The Raiders defeated Daviess County, Owensboro, and McLean County to win the tournament championship.

The previous week, Warren East won three of four games in the KME Classic Tournament. The Raiders beat Trigg County, Murray, and Northwest Clarksville (TN) and lost to Graves County in that tournament.

After the holiday tournaments, the Raiders have a 12-2 record. Team members are Jaylin Barnett, Kaleb Britt, Khalil Britt, Eli Brown, Chase Bryant, Trae Cardwell, Jaylen Chatman, Spencer Ghee, Marquise Jones, Mason Lee, Timothy Stockton, Aaron Strange, Brandon Walker, Taron Wells, Tavon Wells, Max Wheeler, and Dylan Whitney.
