Laws won the triple jump (32 feet, 2½ inches) and the 300-meter hurdles (43.62 seconds) and placed second in the long jump (17-7¾) and the 100 hurdles (14.65).

Dickerson won the discus (113-2) and the shot put (38-6½).

Together, they had more 'bling' medals around their neck than Mr. T!!!!

That's what I call....  DOMINATION!

Laws and Alexis Dickerson, both seniors, accounted for all of Western Alamance’s 56 points. Asheville Reynolds came in second with 50 points.

The 1,600 and 3,200 relays also qualified for the state championship event and performed strongly.

Congratulations to you all and to your coaching staff led by Mae Haith!
