Mens Basketball: Warriors Storm Back To Topple Bulldogs 40-39

Boltstered by the floor leadership and scoring of senior PG Andre Saunders, WA made a charge late in the game to cut into a 7-point Bulldog lead.  As the clock wound down, it was sophomore center, Hunter Lent, who stood tall and secured the victory for WA.

Trailing by 1 with 1:58 to play, Lent calmly knocked down both ends of a one-and-one to give the Warriors a precarious 1 point lead.  On the defensive end, Lent was anything but calm as the "monster" came out him #42.  With a couple rebounds and 2 HUGE blocks, Lent simply would not allow the Bulldogs into the paint.

A last second heave from the Bulldogs quite literally ended up in the rafters as time expired and jubilant Warriors rushed the court to celebrate the win over their crosstown rivals!
