Girls State Singles Tournament Begins

Top players from Kentucky are gathered in Lexinton as the 2011 State Tennis Tournament is held May 26-28th at the University of Kentucky.

The top 64 seeds will meet to determine the winner. Top entries from the Louisville area include Ellie Gerlach from Christian Academy (#4 seed), Hanna Newstadt from Manual (#6 seed) and Emily Przystawski from Assumption (#7 seed).
