In Region Three, Iroquois High School hosted the action with Meade County winning, scoring 247 team points. Southen finished second with 244.5 and PRP was third with 171.5 points. Region Four, held at Trinity High School, was taken by St. Xavier with 255 points. Trinity was second (218) and Moore was third (217.5). Jeffersontown High School hosted Region Five which was won by Oldham County, scoring a team total of 225.5 points. Fern Creek was second (174) and Eastern was third with 146.5 points. The top four individual finishers in each weight class advance to the State Tournament to be held February 15-16 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY.
