Home » Football News2013 National Guard Border BowlJanuary 10, 2013 By Dave Spoelker of VYPE MAGAZINE - Greater LouisvilleAt high noon on January 12, 2013, on the campus of the University of Cumberland (Williamsburg, KY) high school seniors from Kentucky and Tennessee will have one last chance to represent their home state and showcase their football skills for college coaches in the "Border Bowl" sponsored by the National Guard. Head Coach Tom Larky of Harlan County will have the services of several metro Louisville players in his quest to defeat the Tennessee team. Participating from our "VYPE" schools will be: Cam Lewis and Joey Bloomfield - Ballard; Brady Nagel - Fern Creek; Dominique Brown and Wade Holtsclaw - John Hardin; Dominique Johnson - Central; Johhny Hopkins - North Hardin; Karl Roesler - St. Xavier.
