First order of business is to tip our hats to Christ Presbyterian from Nashville. Those guys came to town and took the King of the Bluegrass crown home again this year.
In a matter of a few days they had wins over several of our best teams. Congratulations to CP.
1. Bullitt East (Fell by 1 point to CP, but had good win over PRP). Now sitting at 9-1.
2. Ballard (5-3 record but no losses to Kentucky teams)
3. Trinity (CP's first victim in the KOB, but Rocks rebound with 2 good wins over PRP and Hopkinsville)
4. Central (Stumbled against Oldham County in Best in Hoops Tourney, now 8-1 on the season)
5. Collins (Dez Marshall and company lost a heartbreaker to Hoptown in KOB but bounced back with W's over Butler and St.X)
6. Providence, IN (No games last week! WTH? Still undefeated though with Clarksville next on 1-8-13)
7. Jeffersonville, IN (Impressive win over Clarksville was only game but good enough to boost the Red Devils up from last week)
8. Fairdale (Loving the way these guys play. You gotta see Boo Crabtree and his buddies)
9. PRP (There was no holiday love for the Panthers in the KOB. Dropped 2 games by big margins to Bullitt East and Trinity)
10T. St. Xavier (Went 1-2 in KOB and dropped a bit on our awesomeness meter)
10T. John Hardin (Dropped their season opener but on a 7 game winning streak Champs of T.J. Samson Classic. Stock rising quickly!)
