VYPE's Top Ten List (Week of 12/3/12)

Just one week into our VYPE Top Ten lists and we have seen some dominate play as well as upsets! Should be a fun season!

BOYS:

1. Trinity 1-0 (Defending state champs allowed just 16 points in their first game)

2. Ballard 1-1 (loss in Marshall County Tourney doesn’t diminish high ranking)

3. Eastern 3-0 (No starters back this year but off to a 3-0 start!)

4. PRP 2-0 (Coach Mabrey in his 32^nd year on the bench knows his stuff)

5. Bullitt East 3-0 (Need to play a bit smarter to be state’s elite)

6. Central 1-0 (OT win over previously ranked St. X puts the Yellowjackets in)

7. Clarksville 3-0 (With a 3-0 start the Generals deserve some love.)

8. Fairdale 2-0 (Coach Longacre has his team scoring 80+ ppg)

9. Jeffersonville, IN 1-0 (Beat Bosse by just 1 point).

10. Collins 2-0 (Plenty of offense to go around at MLC)

GIRLS:

1. Manual 1-0 (Big 30-point win to start the season)

2. Assumption 2-0 (Impressive showing vs Butler launched the Rockets up the list)

3. Mercy 1-0 (Hartlage has scoring help from Richardson, watch out)

4. CAL 2-0 (Big game this week vs. Jaguars)

5. Elizabethtown 3-0 (Owning the court so far)

6. Sacred Heart 2-0 (Team is coming together nicely)

7. Ballard 2-0 (Early season defense has been awesome)

8. Butler 1-1 (Dropped a bit after loss to AHS)

9. Jeffersonville, IN 2-1 (Rough starter with loss at BNL, but 2 wins fixed that)

10. Male 2-0 (Lady Bulldogs crack the top 10 with 2 nice wins and stifling defense)
