The match was played in Lexington on Dunbar's home field. Strong defense by both teams dictated the flow of the game. It was with 13 minutes left in the match when St. Xavier senior, Joey Stoltz scored the one and only goal of the game. The Tigers netted their 11th straight shutout en route to a 27-0-2 season. Dunbar finished the 2012 campaign with a 25-4-0 record. Congratulations Tigers on an outstanding season.
