Registration Now Open For 2012 Bluegrass State Games

The Bluegrass Sports Commission announced Monday that online registration for the 2012 Bluegrass State Games (BGSG), presented by Subway, is now open. Registration is also available by mailing entry forms with payment to the BGSG offices.

The 28-year-old event attracted nearly 16,000 participants last year in dozens of sports and activities, ranging from soccer and baseball to golf, running, archery, bowling, sailing and chess. The goal of the BGSG, organized by the Bluegrass Sports Commission, is to provide Kentuckianas of all ages the opportunity to compete, have fun and stay active.
