For many baseball players, the trip to Arizona or Florida signals the end of their vacation. Spring Training is time to get back to work and prepare for the long 162-game season but Carpenter has already been training for several months. Since December, he and several other pros have been working out daily at CES Performance. A short video of Carpenter’s workout routine has become a viral sensation, getting over 20,000 views in the first 48 hours it was online. Click HERE to see the video. Carpenter’s group consisted of several Houston-based pro players. They pushed each other every morning, working through the CES Performance baseball program that increases speed, agility and strength specifically for baseball. The program is similar to the CES Performance Academy program for high school baseball players. More info on that program can be found HERE.
