Well they have found just the man in freshman phenom DeAaron Fox, who is tearing up the city on the basketball courts.
Fox is the Rookie of the Year in Houston and will be the top ranked player for the Class of 2016. The 6-foot-2 lefty point guard can score, defend and distribute.
