Home » Football NewsAllen community grieves loss of impactful leaderSeptember 19, 2012 By David McNabb of VYPE MAGAZINE - DFWThe Allen community - which has grown by leaps and bounds in the last two decades - mourned the sudden loss of Steve Dick, a longtime youth coach and father of former Allen Eagles and college quarterbacks Casey and Nathan Dick. A Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated Wednesday afternoon at Allen's St. Jude Catholic Church. Steve is survived by his wife Mary Ellen, sons Casey and his wife Felicia and Nathan, sisters Martha Grissom and Barbara Wild. He is preceded in death by his parents.
