8-5A Girls

FM Marcus 43, Plano 40

FM Marcus used a tenacious full-court press to overcome a 10-point deficit in a 43- 40 comeback win over Plano. Sierra Bone scored 15 points off the bench for FM Marcus. Stephanie Afunugo led Plano with 12 points. Jordan Griffith added 10.

Plano East 51, Hebron 45

Jordon Goforth and Jasmine Caston combined for 31 points in a 51-45 win over Hebron. Emenderlyn Iwuji led Hebron with 14 points.

Plano West 72, Allen 52

Rachel Wilson scored 21 points to help lead Plano West past Allen, 72-52. The West defense forced 24 Allen turnovers. Kaylin Clayton led Allen with 20 points.

10-5A Girls

McKinney Boyd 65, Garland 56

McKinney Boyd dealt Garland its first 10-5A loss. Boyd sophomore post Julia Hendrieth produced a double-double with 20 points and 20 rebounds.

9-4A Girls

Frisco 48, Frisco Heritage 44

Frisco’s Britney Hardy scored 29 points in the Runnin’ Raccoons’ 48-44 win over Frisco Heritage. Hardy was 8-for-8 from the free throw line and converted four three-point plays. Mykel Ward led Heritage with 12 points.

Frisco Liberty 49, Carrollton Creekview 28

Branay Hicks led Frisco Liberty with 11 points as the RedHawks ran away from Carrollton Creekview 49-28.

10-4A Girls

McKinney North 47, McKinney 40

McKinney North outscored McKinney 6-0 in the final minute to secure their 10-4A game, 47-40. Aundrea Gamble led North with 19 points. Rachel Thomas had 13 and Alexis Mason added 12. Breana Smalls led McKinney with 11 points. Aundrea Gordon had 10.

Wylie 59, Wylie East 25

Mary Fisayo acored 14 points, Colby Davis and Sydnie Whitworth each scored 13 in Wylie’s 59-25 win over Wylie East. Emily Hartegan led Wylie East with 15 points.
