FOOTBALL

Jesuit 45, McKinney Boyd 10

Running back Bryan Driskell rushed for 119 yards and scored on a 94-yard
touchdown run in the Broncos’ bi-district playoff loss.

Boyd finishes the year with a 6-5 record.

League City Bay Area Christian 52, McKinney Christian 14

Connor Doyle rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown on just 11 carries in the
Mustangs’ bi-district playoff loss. Dallas Brock also scored a touchdown.

McKinney Christian ends the season with a 5-6 record.

McKinney Boyd falls in 5A state semifinal

McKinney Boyd’s second straight trip to the UIL 5A state volleyball tournament
ended in a five-set loss to New Braunfels (25-23, 25-21, 24-26, 19-25, 15-12 ) in a 5A state
semifinal on Friday.
Boyd’s Kelly Koop was named to the 5A all-tournament team after recording 22 kills
and five aces.
The Lady Broncos finished the season 37-8.
