District champion Southlake Carroll used an 11-point run to rally past Flower Mound Marcus, 48-43, in Class 5A bi-district play.

Kayla Reinhart led Carroll with 15 points.

Lewisville 80, Keller 53

Lewisville guard Makayla Roberson’s 24 points led the Farmerettes past Keller, 80-53, in a bi-district playoff game. Monisha Neal and Kalyn Williams each scored 14 for Lewisville.

Plano West 71, Saginaw 41

District 8-5A champion Plano West dominated Saginaw in the second half on its way to a 71-41 bi-district playoff win.

Paige Womack led Plano West with 15 points.
