Home » Baseball NewsValley Wins Baseball SectionalMay 29, 2012 By Duane Burkhart of Tippecanoe Valley High SchoolTippecanoe Valley won its 3rd baseball sectional title in four years defeating Northwood HS 7-2 in the championship game of the Wawasee Sectional. James Hackworth was the winning pitcher and also contributed a homerun.
Earlier in the semi-finals, Valley defeated West Noble 9-2. Clayton Adamson picked up the win on the mound. Valley will play Saturday at the Bellmont HS Regional at 11am against Hamilton Heights. The regional championship is slated for 8pm Saturday evening.
