Union Soccer Takes Over First Place in FRC Standings

October 12, 2012
By Noah Assareh of Union High School Soccer

The Union Wildcats varsity boys soccer team put themselves into sole possession of first place in the Four Rivers Conference boys soccer standings with wins this week over Pacific and St. Clair.  Two conference games remain for the Wildcats, who control their own destiny.  With a win next Tuesday over Sullivan, Union would clinch at least a tie for the Four Rivers Conference Championship.

Union finishes this week of soccer with a non-conference game on Friday with traditional Class 3 power Timberland High School.

Stay posted for more updates as Four Rivers Conference play wraps up and district play begins.  Also, feel free to check out the new photo galleries from Union’s contests with Washington and Pacific.
