Hermann has gone back to its roots with new Head Coach Andy Emmons. The Bearcats play much like they did during the glory days of Chip Stutzman. “Hermann always has given us trouble,” Webster said. “Their option offense will be interesting to see.” In fact, Hermann has only completed three passes this season. Quarterback Craig Winkelmann is the top rusher for the Bearcats. It’s reported that he has 53 carries for 248 yards and three touchdowns. Statistics appear to be very incomplete at this time. Amrando Matech also sees the ball quite a bit as a running back. He has 35 carries for 224 yards and one score. Saige Hale, Kody Thompson and Jordan Leicht also have carried the ball and have scored touchdowns. By Bill Battle Missourian Sports Editor
