Base: Indians blast past North White

Twin Lakes High School Twin Lakes' bats came to life April 14 as the Indians won a slugfest over North White 11-8. This contest was a series of haymaker punches from both squads. With the game tied 1-1 after one inning, TL plated three in the second and North White scored twice. Leading 6-4 entering the fifth, the Indians scored five times and the Vikings four in that frame.
The Indians did their damage on just seven hits. They also drew five walks off North White pitching. Andrew Topp had the best day at the plate. He went 2 for 3 on the contest.
