Bryan had been running extremely well the last week of practice and carried it over to a first place finish in his first cross country race. The boys improved from last year and adding Bryan to the mix has made the team stronger. The boys' numbers are up this year which will enable us to compete in the meets. This group will continue to improve and get better throughout the year and hope to be at their best for conference and districts. Centerville won the boys race with 41 points, Albia second with 45 points and Clarke took 3 rd place with 102 points. The Pleasantville team finished 6 th out of 9 full teams with 151 points.
