Sarah Rapp, Cardinal Gibbons: Rapp won the NCHSAA 3-A 1,600 meters (5:04.10) and 3,200 (11:00.10), and won the 1-A/2-A/3-A winter titles in the 1,000 (3:06.43), 1,600 (5:14.63) and 3,200 (11:27.59).
Sheridan Jordan, Deanna Foshee, Jenna Christensen, Erin Foshee, Cary: Won the NCHSAA 4-A championship in the 4x800 relay (9:18.35). The squad was fifth in the 2010 indoor nationals and ninth in the outdoor nationals. Deanna Foshee was the most valuable performer in the 2010 Tri-Nine 4-A finals.
Maura McDonnell, Olivia Enright, Jessica Rossabi, Lauren Colberg, Green Hope: Helped lead the Falcons to the NCHSAA cross country title and to second in the 4x800 relay in 2010 (9:23.19). Colberg won the winter 1,600 (5:12.89). McDonnell was the runner-up in the winter 1,000.
Lexie Robinson, Jazmine Brown, Gabby Robinson, Alexis Murphy, Apex: Finished second in the NCHSAA 4-A 4x100 relay (47.62).
The Cougars are the defending Tri-Nine Conference champs.
Allison Bailey, Cary Academy: NCISAA 3-A champion in pole vault (8 feet, 3 inches) and runner-up in 100 hurdles (16.26).
