This year the Falcons have opted for outfits that are three shades of pastel green, but don’t think they’ve turned passive in their quest for a sixth straight crown. “We’re still going to play tough,” promised senior Audrey Channell, Green Hope’s No. 1 player for the second straight season. Channell led the way with wins in singles and doubles as the Falcons played like their old surgical selves against Middle Creek with a 9-0 win Thursday at the Cary Tennis Center. Green Hope improved to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the Tri-Nine, while Middle Creek dropped to 2-1 both overall and in conference play. To read rest of story, click link below:
