Home » Women's Lacrosse NewsDefending champ Cougars reloadFebruary 29, 2012 Tri-Nine ConferenceApex and Green Hope, two of the original state powers in girls lacrosse, appear to be the teams to beat again on a regional and statewide level. Former Apex player Sarah Fellows is back as a co-coach along with Andrea Spaulding. The duo replaces Jenn Flaherty, who is now the head coach at Belmont Abbey College.
