The Imps, a 12-seed, went on the road and toppled East Wake 51-47 and Wilmington Laney 29-27 in the first two rounds. And they had just two players - sophomore Azura Stevens and junior Whitney Coleman - do all of the scoring in each of those games. But the underdogs couldn't replicate that formula or continue to go against conventional wisdom against defending 4A East champion Millbrook. It took Cary six minutes to get its first basket, and by then the game was almost set as Millbrook held on to defeat the Lady Imps 62-19. To read rest of story, click - Lady Imps' underdog run ends
