AHST Golf

The Treynor Golf teams took a road trip to Avoca to compete against the AHST Vikings. The Girls golf team beat the Lady Vikes by 33 strokes on Monday, May 7^th. The Treynor girls shot a 212 with two girls leading the team, Gracie Meyers and Jennifer Owens. They both shot a 51, but Jennifer medaled first in the meet with a win on the handicap hole. Gracie was runner-up in the meet.

The boys won the meet with a score of 177 over the Viking’s score of 220. Todd Schmidt, from AHST, won the meet with a 39. Brad Bailey followed close behind Todd with a 41. This is Brad’s first second place finish this year. There is a strong hope for both Treynor golf teams to advance past the regular season.
