The Cardinals competed against Sidney and East Mills. The Boys shot an excellent score of 151, followed by East Mills (186), and then Sidney (206). Brad Bailey came to play and showed his true talent on Monday with a score of 35. The rest of the team wasn’t far behind Brad’s first place finish. Chris Zimmerman shot a great score of 38 and placed second in the meet over a handicap hole to Nick Carolus,who also, shot a 38. Cole Chapin played well and shot a 40. The Treynor Girls also came to play. The Cardinals beat both teams by 90 plus points. Gracie Meyers was the leader of the pack, shooting a 45. Meighan Ideus was only two small strokes behind Gracie, she shot a good score of 47 and placed second. Jennifer Owens and Morgan Wright weren’t far behind these two girls. Jennifer shot a 48 and Morgan shot a 49. Both Treynor teams played excellent and hope to continue to keep up this hype going into Friday’s meet at Avoca.
