Girls' Golf Team Places 2nd at 1st Meet

The Varsity Girls' Golf team had their first golf meet on Thursday, March 29th. They competed against 7 other schools at the Fox Run Golf Course. Treynor played very well for their first competition of the season. They placed 2nd, losing to Lewis Central by 40 strokes. Two of Treynor's competitors placed in the top ten of the inivational. Meighan Ideus finished in 6th place with a score of 96. Gracie Meyers finished in a close 7th with a score of 97. The rest of the team finished close behind, Ashley Bailey finished with a 105 and Jennifer Owens with a 106. The girls finished with a 404. That is a great start to the season.
